Last month, you received word of our plans to create the finest oceanfront development ever envisioned in South Nicaragua: Marea Alta.

Since that time, we’ve all enjoyed holiday festivities and welcomed the New Year. As you can imagine, we’re thrilled about the promise that 2008 holds. The response to our December announcement was amazing and our VIP Interest List is growing every day. 

Our engineers and designers are working diligently to finalize the many details that will set Marea Alta apart. And we’re pleased to announce we’ve incorporated plans for a truly luxurious feature: a tramway that will span the height of Marea Alta, connecting our oceanfront boardwalk with the world-class amenities and homes that overlook the water. This tram will provide easy, comfortable access for Marea Alta residents to all of its spectacular viewpoints- from fine dining at the top of the hill, to the beautiful homes and gardens within the development, to the stunning boardwalk lining the ocean’s shore.

San Juan del Sur is humming with all kinds of positive reactions to Marea Alta. In fact, Alex recently received an e-mail from a couple who had spent the entire month of December looking to buy a home, traveling north and south to see all they could. They wrote...“We know all there is to offer along the entire Pacific coast. And while we are ready to buy a home now, after seeing the location of Marea Alta and the workmanship at Pelican Eyes, we have decided to wait and make that our choice of choices.”
