Join us at Hotel Pelican Eyes…Piedras y Olas on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 for the first in a series of international culinary adventures. We’ll feature an authentic evening of exquisite food and unique cultural entertainment, transporting you from Nicaragua to the wonderful sights, sounds and aromas of Japan.

For $30 per person, dinner includes an appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert and one glass of sake, wine or beer. Our August 1 menu will feature Miso Soup; Spicy Sesame Chicken, Noodle and Vegetable Salad; Flash Fried Whole Snapper with a Citrus Ponzu Sauce; and for dessert, an exotic Green Tea Ice Cream.
