Homeowners,
As we begin our second quarter of 2008 we would like to request all of you, our owners, to make your reservations for upcoming visits as soon as possible. By 2009 we hope to have an online method for all of you to check your own villa reservations but for now we want to insure that everybody gets to be here when they want to be.
I have sent Destination Wedding Blocks to you previously so you have a good idea of how popular and busy Piedras y Olas is becoming. This works for the benefit of all. We will always try and give you adequate notice but as we get more event requests, we will be filling more
units.
I’d like to remind everyone that each casa has 90 days of personal use, making your home available to you and to your family and friends. We have recently had requests from owners for the complimentary use of another casa if theirs was not available when they wanted to visit. This results in the owner maintaining their rental income while Piedras y Olas pays for the use of another villa. If for some reason we make a mistake and book your unit during your scheduled time, or we ask a favor during a time special booking, we are happy to cover this. But otherwise we need to depend on all of you to book ahead, even if you decide to cancel it later on.
Additionally, our
“Owners In Construction” are entitled to three weeks per year of visits until their homes are completed. We need for our
OIC’s to book ahead as well, thanks.
It is important to me to personalize all of your visits and make sure everything is ready for you. To minimize the potential for disappointments or surprises please make sure to make all of your reservations through me. It keeps us all in close contact and I look forward to hearing from all of you. You may contact me at
