On Sunday, March 26th, La Cascada Restaurant will be hosting a fabulous Spanish feast and youre invited to join us! Francisco and Claudia Cuadrado of Tienda Alke in Managua will be cooking up authentic Spanish paella (a spicy, saffron-flavored rice dish cooked with seafood, meat and vegetables) for lunch and dinner at our La Cascada Restaurant.
Their delectable paella will
include shrimp, lobster, calamari, clams, chicken, pork and
other tasty ingredients. Price: C$270 per person. (Our regular menus will also be available.)
